UX/UI Design - Pet Portal.
Following on from analysis and insights gleaned from research completed for the Practice Website of the Future project, it became evident that users expectations and goals were not being met by current practice websites. These missed oportunites to delight customers combined with impoved and reworked business goals resulted in the Pet Portal.

Goals
To allow pet parents to maintain/update their personal details/communication preferences and sync this data back to the PMS and DW.

To allow PetParents to maintain/update details of their pets and sync this data back to the PMS and DW.
To deliver a centralised space for PetParents to view their pets appointments and parasiticide prescriptions (upcoming and previous).
