UX/UI audit of the on-boarding process for new customers using the True Zero app.
The onboarding process to the True Zero app was implemented with haste for launch. The onboarding process needed UX evaluation to improve the user journey.
Goals:
+ Identify the differnt steps taken by users during the on-boarding process.
+ To identify pain points, usability issues or barriers to an effortless onboarding experience.
+ Derive improvements for each of the issues identified. With rationale behind proposed solutions, referring to best practices and/or research as appropriate.
+ Develop wireframes and mockups illustrating proposed changes.
+ Compile findings and proposed solutions into a report and present to board.
Project included:
User Story Mapping, Heuristic Markup, Wireframes, UI Prototyping, Analysis, Ideation, Secondary Research.
Conclusion:
Many opportunities to improve the users onboarding journey were identified. The anaysis findings created a blueprint and hypothesis for further usability testing and created the framework for a onboarding process improvement plan.
