UX/UI Design - Content Library
Following on from analysis and insights gleaned from research completed for the Practice Website of the Future project, it became evident that users expectations and goals were not being met by current practice websites. These missed oportunites to delight customers combined with impoved and reworked business goals resulted in the Content Library project.

To be the veterinary group of choice and to provide market leading, digitally enabled pet care services and products, that provide a superior customer experience and digital offering, supporting our practices to deliver leading standards of care and service powered by data and technology and to give a best-in-class employee experience enriched by digital innovation.Drivers

Goals
To deliver centralised content which can be displayed and accessed via the individual practice websites.
A pet parent will be able to search for and view relevant content on a practice.
Whilst content is viewed on the practice site, it will be held in the centralised content library.
To deliver content via marketing emails and have PetParents directed to their Practice website and circulation of marketing broadcasts.
